1. I am trying to check out with my purchase. What do I do?

Make your selection from the dropdown menu first. Choose either Color Bakery art image or the reference number of the uploaded picture you sent to us. Then type in the image name (and number if applicable) you want to purchase--whether it's Color Bakery art, or your uploaded art/photo name/upload reference number.

2. I want to order my own artwork or photography on an item. How do I do this?

The easiest way is to upload your image FIRST by going here. A reference number will be emailed to you. Then you can use that reference number and contact info you supplied with your upload to order your item in the ecommerce store.

PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD ART unless you are seriously considering making a purchase. The upload feature is not for casual window shopping or a whim to see if the upload works. It does. ;) If we do not receive a note with your upload describing what you are looking to purchase, or a request for assistance, it will be deleted immediately. Thank you.

If your art is not currently in digital format, we can scan it for you. Please contact us for details.

For larger items, like furniture or wall murals, it's really best that you contact us by email or phone 802-287-9098 before ordering, because the image requirements are more demanding for large sized murals in custom furniture.

3. You have a ton of image choices, which is really cool, but can you list their page links for me?

4. Do you mean to tell me that I can put any image on any product I want?

Yes, except for the pre-printed items which are the greeting cards and the rectangular magnets. Everything else on this site is totally customizeable.

5. What is the difference between a mural and individual images?

A "mural" or "mural style" means one large image divided into parts. This means you will have numerous tiles that form one image.

"Individual tile style" means that you pick various, single images to make up whatever product you are customizing.

6. I like an image that's rectangular, but I want to order it on a square tile. Is this a problem?

No. We will crop the image artfully to make it work within whatever space we need to. Please feel free to choose any image for any product, we will make it work.

7. How big is a digital painting from your photos-to-paintings service?

A digital painting has no size. It can be as big, or small, as we render it. It only has a "size" once it's printed on an item. When you purchase a photo-to-painting, you are purchasing the art itself, and not the product it is printed on. The product you want it printed on is a separate issue, and a separate purchase.

8. What credit cards/methods of payment do you take?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

9. Shipping. How do I know what I am going to be charged, and how to I choose my shipping method?

At the end of the checkout process, after you have entered all your billing and shipping info, you will see a dropdown menu toward the bottom of the page that says "calculate shipping." If you are in the United States, choose domestic shipping. If you are outside the United States, and want your item fast, choose "international express." If you are outside the United States and are in no hurry, choose "international economy-4 to 6 weeks." Note: all American orders over $25.00 are automatically shipped via UPS.

10. I am still in need of assistance. What do I do?
